WillBill Quick blast, the opposite of the sort of running I've been doing of late. Legs rather tired on the climbs (result of the previous week's hill running) but felt much better on the down and run-in. Enjoyable, for a non-fell race. Excellent spread in the hall afterwards. ChrisU Kept with WillBill until the halfway point, but then lost touch on the rapid decent. Dropped a few more places on the way back. A good race, but found it really tough to keep the pace going.
