Kieren Celebrating a new job last night & had a bit too much wine. Heart rate was through the roof at 95% WHR for a pace where I'd usually be 85%. Needless to say I couldn't sustain that for long. Stopped to be ill & a Thames Turbo guy was nice enough to ask if I was okay. The rest of the race was a run walk affair & I'm amazed at my time.
