Your Thursday run looks like 10 miles in 0 minutes, which would certainly be quick enough to be in the quickest pace zone ;-)

Quick question - Are the summaries static? i.e if I change the pace zones, do the zones set when the week finished hold, or are the updated zones applied?

This is great! But for me an alternative that would be more useful for me would do this with heart rate rather than pace zones.

Especially if you live somewhere hilly or are using heart rate to keep your essay running truly easy.

(Apols if that exists and I just can't find it!)

It's a great suggestion (and was made on the previous page). I will add it in as soon as I have an opportunity.

Have also fixed the pace bands (in the left-hand column) not respecting the choice of units.

Nice! A very clear and informative summary. I like how it includes run swim and bike too.

I'm having a bit of a problem trying to re-do my bike pace zones using the interface on my phone browser (not a problem as I can log on from a computer to sort it, hopefully), but when I click the minus, it adds to the number and the plus takes away. The sliding scales, if I click e.g. the blue one, all of the others move to the same place on their scale too. Just wanted to let you know.

This looks fab!

Mine would look better with some actual proper training though ;)
