Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

What do you mean EP?
After 18days in France i gained 3.5lbs whilst eating anything i wanted and doing very little actual training Lots of walking, swimming in the sea and just one run, but no actual training.
Since my return on Tuesday i have been very good food wise, making very healthy choices and have done one bike session and 1 swim session and have lost the 3.5lbs, thankfully!

18days off training and massive carb/lard loading didn't affect my times at all. My swim this week was better than usual and my bike ALOT quicker. I think it did me good to concentrate on relaxing or a while. I have a new motivation to lose weight and to train (but nothing too strenuous you understand)

Yay for Finders, well done you! Loads of boozing and eating croissants overridden by two days of bicycling and swimming, You should write a book about it! :-)

i like the sound of it too. I can certainly do the boozing and cake eating and it sounds a lot easier than fretting about it while banging out 70-80 mile weeks :-) which is something like wot I have been doing.
skived out of my race this evening, wot a wuss eh?!
