Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Today I walked into town, I often run that way but it's usually dark. Today in the daylight I couldn't believe how much rubbish there was!
So on my way home I picked up two plastic bottles, a Malteasers packet and most annoyingly a Torq gel wrapper. There was still one Malteaser left in the packet. No, I didn't...
I also spotted TWO pairs of disposable vinyl gloves at the road side. I left those well alone... yuk.

I remembered this during my run today but only spotted one bit of rubbish. I feel guilty because it was 1.5 miles to the nearest bin so I didn't pick it up. This would probably be much easier if you wore a rucksack to run with...Next time!
Maybe fetch could invent a game like fetchpoint but with rubbish instead? :)

Well done CB. Once you think about it and start being aware of it is certainly an eye opener how much litter there is out there.

Next time Fleecy....

Guess I'll be mega Wombling with winds blowing over recycling bins on tonight's run. There is a hedgerow around the corner from our house that attracts rubbish. I keep meaning to take me litter picker along. Maybe this weekend.

+1 for the badge. I've been doing this pretty much every day since maT.T. put it on cakabook.

I did FB message Fetch but no reply yet. Will try on here too. What would be the criteria for a badge though? Photos?

Great work Becca 👍

So have you liked the FB page guys?

I've liked and shared. I've often wondered if I took a 40 ltr. bin bag how far from my house around my village would I get before it's full. Sadly, I think not far. I should try it one day. Maybe during Lent.
