Trying to stop invading the Invisible Fetchies thread I am saying hi to all you fetchies in a thread more designed to the purpose.

So, erm... hi :)

I've been recreationally running for many years and love it. I've had a few injuries in the past year or so which have stopped me running as much as I want and has led to me becoming a little disillusioned and lethargic. But I'm on my comeback trail ready for a March Marathon. Oulton Park as a warm up hopefully, followed by Manchester and Liverpool a little later and so on.....

My PB is 3:30 at Manchester, but I'll be very happy starting off in March with just a finish below 4:00.....erm, have I spoken enough????? :)

Hope to get to know you all better soon and meet at least some of you eventually

Jayfire is. He's doing the WCP or LEJoG and posts on that thread.
