Welcome Nicki. FWIW, I agree with the advice you've been given. If 10.45mm feels comfortable than stick with that. And give the calf a little run tomorrow to see how it feels. My physio says that if you get pain anywhere above 3 out of 10 then stop. oh, and when I first started running I had loads of calf problems which I think sometimes are just down to your legs getting used to running. Make sure you stretch lots (after, not before). ![]() |
