Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Whatever (mileage) I manage in 2010....

I'm not setting a mileage target this year - training will be tailored to plans that I have for this year and next, and so this thread will be about keeping THAT in mind, rather than chasing numbers.

Hopefully I'll not be the only contributor ;)

That was my plan for 49 weeks of this year. It was only as an after thought I chose to try and hit a target.

Great idea. :-)

But my plans are not very focused - I keep having more and more events to think about as people tell me about some other race I hadn't heard of yet. It's very hard to choose what to do (or more to the point, which ones to leave for another year).

But having no mileage target sounds good.

About This Thread

Schedules with prescriptive mileage targets, we scoff at your OCD meaninglessness.

RUN - because you want to - as much as you want to - as fast or as not fast as you want to.....

It's ALL good :)
