Of course it has nothing to do with me being able to watch my team, Bristol City, playing them next season 😉

Even on the local TV news last night they spent more time stressing 'underdog' and the privilege of playing at Wembley. I don't think they dared to dream. Mind you, with Southampton next week, I'm not sure a return to the Premiership is in their best interests. They might be a lot better off rebuilding and winning most weeks rather than a season getting hammered every other game,

The gulf between the leagues is immense.

um May 2024 8:04am, 27 May 2024 8,506 posts	Quote Pin um Ditto snail. I was surprised at the 1-0 scoreline. I thought both teams would go all out and it would be about 5-4. Also glad they won, but not sure they've fully rebuilt or are good enough for many smiles next year.
