Up the road from me is a Tesco with a garage (only a small shop). I generally go in there only to pay for fuel. I have to queue up behind people who seem to do a big weekly shop and spend time chatting to the staff (last week I waited nearly 10 minutes for the irritating couple fannying about with their groceries and the several people behind them). Basically I just want to get in and pay for my fuel and get out asap. Why don't they have a queue just for people who are using the pumps? It's what most people are there for in the first place. Just bloody annoying.
