Their ability to waste is exceptional, for football on radio they STILL use 2 commentators, plus a summariser. So you get a handover after 23 odd minutes of each half. Irritating, wasteful and unnecessary.

I really don't think a studio is needed out there, and I don't think we need summarisers pool/pitch/track/lakeside.....maybe the odd interview, yes, maybe. What has happen to Clare Balding? A couple of years ago I would have said she was the best at being engaged in apsort, racing, Rugby League, Swimming. I watched last night and she said "Chappers and myself" oh dear. I don't watch any sport for the commentators. TMS excepted, and then I'm listening.
