Other peoples incompetence and the fact it seems so common place.
Just this week-
1.a. Took my pet lizard to the vets for a minor operation. A colleague collected him for me as I no transport on the day he was ready to come home. I had left a bag with the lizard's medicine and special food. That didn't get collected, not my colleague's fault. I rang up and they said they'd would put it in the post. The next day, the medicine arrived, no special food. Thankfully he is eating ok. Today, the tub of food arrived...
1.b. ...they also managed to get my bill wrong and over charged me by £50. I'm just hoping the standard of veterinary expertise is higher than the admin skills.
2. Some urgent vaccine has not been despatched despite several phone calls chasing it up and the fact we have already been billed for it...
3. Different vaccine supplier, we ordered a 3-in-1 product. The 4-in-1 version arrived.
And so it goes on... why is it so hard?

Fragile Do Not Bend
Clothes manufacturers and their random ideas of sizing, especially in technical clothing. I have tops from different manufacturers that range from medium (size 12), through large (size 16-18) to extra large - all of which are the same actual size.
I have 2 pairs of shorts from Karrimor (I know, you get what you pay for) that are identical in every way apart from one - one pair has a size 14 label in, the other size 16.

Fragile Do Not Bend
Races that don't have enough medals and goody bags for all the finishers, especially when there's no on the day entries so they know how many entrants they have.
It's not happened to me thankfully, but I've heard of this happening a few times recently. As far as I know the people who missed out got/will get their medals in the end, but I would be so upset not to have a medal on the day to show off.

Stansted Airport. WTAF!
When I've gone through security, I want to be able to go and find somewhere to sit, have a cup of coffee, read a paper, while I wait for my flight. I do not want to be sent iIea-like down some windy black sparkly path past an entire shopping centre's worth of shops. It's a cheapo flight airport in the middle of nowhere, not an international hub full of over-rich Americans, Arabs and Russians you twats. Stop trying to turn it into sodding Lakeside. There's plenty of places for the shopping addict saddos to go as it is. I just want to get on a flight FFS.

"... in the middle of nowhere..." Hold on, I live near there and we've got a M&S and everything......!
But I know what you mean..... 1 - Slow / unstaffed security lanes 2 - Nowhere to sit in the departure area 3 - Space taken up by a sports car that you can win if you want to pay £60 for a raffle ticket
etc etc
