Visitors to the gallery this morning, wandering around the place when I arrived to open up. They were angry with me because: you are closed, we went onto your website and it said you were open. I answered: yes, we are indeed open, from 11 am - 5pm, as it says on our f-ing (I didn't actually say f-ing, I just thought it) website. She: But it says you are closed and on your website it says you are open. Me: It is 10.45, please give me a few minutes as I unlock and prepare for opening AT 11 AM as it says on the website, the whopping great big notice on the gate to the car parking YOU opened and everywhere else for that matter... SIGH!!!!
