And kept badgering me to sign a contract there and then. A shame, because the car I was looking at there had the best options for what I actually need. Can't imagine the circumstances in which I'd buy it now though.

BIL said local Ford dealer rang up a couple of days later willing to do a deal, apparently he got a lot of f'in and blinding down the phone and told where to go.
