Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Best experience I ever had was Mercedes, went in wearing shorts and old t-shirt and got treated great. Local Honda on the other hand can go and fuck right off.

I'm still waiting for a brochure on an Alfa 156 from 199x. The dealership has now gone out of business, so there was some sort of karma.

The guy in the Ford garage even said he couldn't give me the quote in writing as the computer system could only be used for one customer at once. And kept badgering me to sign a contract there and then.

A shame, because the car I was looking at there had the best options for what I actually need. Can't imagine the circumstances in which I'd buy it now though.

Duchess my sister recently had a bad experience with our local Ford dealer and ended up with a Peugeot. BIL said local Ford dealer rang up a couple of days later willing to do a deal, apparently he got a lot of f'in and blinding down the phone and told where to go.

It very much depends on the garage, Duchess. So just find somewhere less pushy :-) .

I bought my first ever (actually only) new car some years ago simply on the basis that the Saab garage actually bothered to let me test drive it for 24 hrs. Brilliant and I a) bought it and b) spent a lot over the years with their service department

That really annoys me Jono most of the time an ambulance isn't required and you need to establish the reason for illness. Basically if your talking haven't had heart attack stroke or baby then no need for an ambulance. Unless you've lost half your body's blood which case it will be here soon. If your drunk sober up, if you twisted your ankle go fucking a and e
