Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Mrs J works for M&S so fleecy's rant sounds like most Saturdays to my ears :)

[thinks fleecy deserves everything she gets for going into M&S on a weekday afternoon and not expecting to fall over immobile pensioners...but says nothing as she can't run away fast enough :-P ]

Hardly anywhere sells goat milk in pints. That grinds my gears. I rarely finish a litre before it goes off.

I assume you're talking about the M&S at the Meadows Fleecy? I always go there after 8pm to avoid crowds. It is still a draining experience and feel the quality of their goods is going down hill rapidly.

The quality went downhill years ago Sc when they moved all their manufacturing base offshore to to Turkey and then China, but kept the prices the same. Occasionally I go in there and find the odd quite fun item ,but mainly it seems to cater to the brown and beige, over 65 brigade these days.

Food's better in Waitrose too.

Eh? I love M&S, probably 75% of my working clothes come from there and I've never bought a beige item in my life! And precious few brown either... Pfft!

Never mind the yellow - have you seen the pink!
