Missed out on a long run on the snow covered moors with friends 'cos my car couldn't get up the hill to the meeting point. Everyone else managed it, it would seem. I have spiralled into 'self destruct' mode attempting to console myself with pizza and Haribo which has just made me feel worse. Not currently in control, apparently. There was no need for any of it!
