I have spotted several runners in the Indoor world Champs who are wearing either one or two arm warmers. I get arm warmers- I wear them myself to keep warm outdoors but I don't get why you'd wear them indoors and even more oddly why would you wear just one? Also, why do so many top athletes wear huge chunky necklaces that flap around - surely you could shave of a second or two if you took the chains off?
