Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

What The Actual Fleecy
I use hun or sweetheart as catch all terms for all the men in my life. That way I can't get their names wrong :) It probably is annoying, but I don't care!

I might have done that too Fleecy, way back in the mists of time, when I was a single person and there was more than one man after my affections, and they all had South London phone numbers...

When I say 'men', one of them is 8 and one is 11 :) Sometimes I inadvertently call them by the cat's name :)

Is that something all Mum's do? Mine would work through a list of all my siblings (including the half sisters), her siblings and the dog, before getting to my name. By then, I'd usually stopped doing what it was she didn't like and made my escape...

The email I got from my boss today.

Nothing to do with my boss, but at the bottom of the thread of emails, there is one from a colleague complaining that he was "pissed off" with what he says was my complaining at extra work we are having to do, on a conference call yesterday. I 've had to email him saying I did nothing of the sort.

And it was this same colleague who claimed he was "over worked and underpaid" on the same call, last week........

Utter tosspot.......:(

My XH claimed that me starting a sentence with the words "look sweetheart...." was the scariest thing on earth.

Wobbling: it may be a mum thing, but I think my family also specialise in it, my uncle permanently calls me by my sister's name :)
