Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

I'm with Duchess on passing on the outside. I always try to go outside. Only time I do inside is if the traffic is stationary and I am coming up to a junction AND I can see that it is safe to do so.

Inside is dangerous. I get more cross with cars that don't give me space on the outside by keeping as far to the left of the road as possible.

I had a close call once going down the inside. A car driver suddenly turned into a driveway, without signalling just as I was about to go past. I'm very careful now. Will go down the outside if I can. Will sit in behind if there isn't room either side.

Fecking banks. You open a Monthly Saver account and they pay you 3.5% for the 1st 12 months. Then they drop the rate to a net 0.08%. That's 80 pence on my £1,000. So I have to open another one that can only be topped up by a max of £250/month meaning I'll be earning sweet FA for 4 months.

The media's obsession with all things football. A grumpy, bullying Scotsman retires and it's front page everywhere! He runs a sports club, not a f***ing country.
