The Ibis hotel. Booked a hotel for France and expected either A) for them to take payment straight away or B ) To pay on departure from the hotel. Called up to see why they hadn't taken money to get 'Oh your reservation is fine, we can take the payment anytime between when you book and when your holiday is'.
WHYYYYYYY fuck about, just bloody take it or at least state when you will. I hate having money in my account I can't spend and constantly worrying something has gone wrong with my reservation that will screw up my holiday. I'm never booking their hotels again.

TRO Saracen
The woman driver who pulled out of a petrol station (turning right). I was cycling. With lights and flourescent clothing, even though it was the early stages of dusk and bright enough to have not needed them.
She looked once, she looked twice, right at me on the second look. I saw her clearly do this (you notice these things as a cyclist because if you see someone who doesn;t look, you need to be uber alert and make allowances). She saw me, I know she did but she pulled out anyway. It was not a great risk to her, and fortunately I was able to take evasive action and slide up the inside of her because the road was wide enough.
There was a lot of traffic, and had she not gone for that opportunity, it may have been another minute or two's wait. But she still took the risk. That fucks me off, even more than those that don;t see you.

Going for a short afternoon run, then discovering that it's the one day in the month when I could have gone for a long afternoon run

Red Squirrel
The driver who pulled out of a side road alongside a newspaper delivery boy who was on his jump bike and had right of way. She forced him into the gutter. Even when he made his presence felt; she still didn't see him. Scary and poor boy.
