I've often thought the same JK. It's not her accent (not Welsh myself but have lived in Wales for many years), it's the pitch and tone of her voice that really grates. She someone manages to be both nasal and high-pitched at the same time.

Nine hours later and still not arrived. How many parcels can you fit in a van that it takes that long to arrive? If there is an issue, tell me! Could have been easier from me to go to their depot and collect it in person.
