Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Bin management over the Xmas period. We we forces over to smaller household waste bins this year and it’s a bloody nightmare 🙁

"New Year's Eve Eve Eve ... EVE." Belongs in the same dustbin of tedium as "Star Wars Day".

Tossers who don’t turn their full beams off when they see oncoming traffic. Last few hours of my drive home was on largely unlit roads so was frequently half blinded.

Trying to book the second vaccination for my two younger children. The nearest that come up are 30 miles away, or more. This isn't just today, it's all the time. We seem to live in a vaccination-free zone. All the walk-in centres are for adults only and only doing booster jabs only.

Dio, my eldest had his second at a walk-in centre in Bromley. My youngest is still waiting for her second. Probably because she is considered vulnerable, Surrey Council came into her school to administer the first one.

The cost of covid tests for going abroad and coming back. I get why they're needed. It just adds £300ish onto the cost of my husband's birthday present.
