Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

[WA I've just rented my lovely pad (which is a little tired, but otherwise amazing) for £1300. Definitely not a shoebox. Where are you looking?]

[Wine Legs- Brockley/Nunhead area. I was talking to my sister last night and she was saying that if they had chosen a different school for the boys, they could have found something larger for less money. They lived on Peckham/Nunhead border before going abroad, and this particular school was top of their list then and the one they wanted to come back to. It's in Nunhead and she wants to be able to walk/cycle to school]

[Ugh, that's a challenge when you want a specific area, especially for a decent school!]

HGVs that plod along at 15-30 mph where overtaking is impossible, but then accelerate to 60 once it is possible.

The A303.

Is there any other country in the first world where a road of such importance is built to such a low standard? Even if we concede that passing Stonehenge is an insoluble problem.
