Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

The A board for a local barber company. It's left out 24/7 - in the segregated cycle route. And it's been chained to a lamp-post to stop people moving it out of the cycle lane.

One day I'll divert down onto the side road and front up the owner of the shop, but it's always a few minutes I don't have!

On my list, Mrs Jigs! But the same council put the lamp-post in the cycle track, so I'm not hopeful!

There are quite strict rules about putting boards out, definitely worth contacting the council even if the other department are idiots

I'm very impressed with everyone's restraint, cos I reckon a good pair of bolt cutters would be the answer

Colleagues who leave their dirty dishes in the kitchen area underneath the sign that says "Please return all dirty dishes to the restaurant".

[I suspect a (solicitor's) letter claiming for damages to bashed knee & bike repair would bring a swifter response? - to the cycle path barber sign, not the dirty dishes]

(speak to the barber and tell him why it's causing ground years. He might be a reasonable chap and be grateful for the opportunity to infringe the gears.)

That is my preference XB! It's a time thing. As much as anything I suspect I'm annoyed with myself for not having got along the side road where the shop is yet.
