Emailed to work and when I tried to open them all the scanned bits in the appendices were labelled “for your protection we have not downloaded this” or words to that effect. Now I’ve got to spend several more hours that I don’t have trying to sort this out at home.

I asked about it and she said that it was nappies! I presume she was off to a "baby shower" - another of those dreadful things from across the pond.
