I get my body and how it works and reacts ... feel too warm and sweating like a pig who's just noticed a butcher tightening his belt and my temperature has been 36.8C ... feel a 'comfortable ' temperature and no sign of sweating and my temp has been 38.7C. It's not at all difficult to fight an infection when you're body is a bit shit at communicating that it's ill ~ which is why I now have a decent digital thermometer, so I can log, note, and spot spikes (which is why I now know that my temp generally raises by roughly 0.5C of an evening ... useful for sleepy time! )
