Online enquiry send on Sunday morning, reply received this afternoon (Wednesday - three days later) to request that I contact the hotel direct (phone and e-mail provided). Some CSA they have - everyone else would have forwarded the request/e-mail to the right place/person even if they don't know the answer.

Yes I know your kids were disappointed especially with the Typhoon that turned up later as some sort of consolation charging up and down the valley like a demented dyson. Some folks really need to have a word with themselves.....
