But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. The utter drivel that's being lobbed on to the telephone consultation list today.

And the telephone consultation list being used as a dumping ground for the names of people who want appointments and should be given appointments, but nobody bothering to alert me to the fact so that I can just say, "Create an appointment slot for them," instead of ringing up and getting some querulous git who thinks they're being fobbed off with a 'phone call.
