Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

My proper weekend consisted of riding on the track on Friday, a clubrun on Saturday and another ride on my own today :) all intertwined with good company... :)

Did about 200 kms in totral on the bike I reckon, not bad for someone who has only been back riding for two weeks :)

My weekend consisted of NOT cycling or running yesterday because of the 1/2 mara pb attempt today.

Have been out for a slippery slidey plod on ice and slush this afternoon.

Did you have chilli sauce on your kebab Zoom?

You have to, don't you? The law, it is, see.

Not much running for me this w/e, just a steady 6 this afternoon. A long run today was blocked by having "stuff to do", but maybe just as well as it would have put me at 42 for the week, a huge jump on any previous total. Softly, softly, etc.

Glad to hear you enjoyed your first kebab Zoom :)

Just 5 miles for me today after 20 miler yesterday, felt a bit easier, slower than the previous one but more hills so hopefully going in the right direction.

Sadly I got to know the Turkish blokes at our local kebab house and they used to cram them full, when I had kebabs! Saw the Saint at Ponty - I found the middle tough and was 40 seconds slower than last year. A running buddy took 10 minutes off his last years time and whooped me!

Mine was a 12.5 miler taking in most of the Sirhowy Challenge route. Drop to 300 ft, up to 1150, back down to 650, back up to 1170 (touch the trig point), down to 400, up to 600 and back home.

Just noticed - I'm 4 miles up on Zoom for the year. Can't see it lasting.
