I only caught you just as I was going by or I'd have been more on the right nearer to you. Not so sure about the 'speeding' past IM as the cold from last week and lack of miles in the last 5 weeks due to the IT band trouble meant my legs said game over from about 11 miles onwards. So a bit of walk-run-walk from then on. Still 4:14 on the day (way of the pred 3:30) but enjoyed the day and support from everyone! Might even think about doing it again?!?!?!? :O
