Definitely taking that advice, Gobi Unfortunately it means I have only one usable pair of running shoes left. Need to do some shopping, I think!

Swim mat lunchtime

Yesterday I did 30 mins run walk then spent the afternoon either sat in car or sat knitting/reading but had to go to bed early as shattered
