I've added a new set showing number of days trained per week, as a rolling average. Looks like I'm creeping up towards training 4 times a week at the moment ![]() |

Mine looks like it fluctuates wildly between 7 and 6.9. Longest thing - last 8 weeks? (As well as, rather than instead of, the 28 day rolling). Anything TP can do we can do better. Much better in this case. The way TP does it smells (rounds it to the nearest mile, so 750 metre swims show as zero). |

Another set of graphs added to show mileage by category. Looks like I do a lot of 'General' at the moment ![]() |

Oh, I like that one especially. Although could also be a pie chart, as they'll add up to 100%

Are these graphs 'down the left hand only' or are bigger versions also available somewhere (and if so where)? ~goes to look at new graphs~ |

Crikey. I really like the three new ones, as it goes. Thanks Fetch.

Like the new graphs but what are the benchmarks? (Awaits statement of the bleedin' obvious that will probably make me slap my forehead...)

AL - if you ran (say) 5 miles at 10 minute miling, you'd get benchmarks of: 1 mile = 10 mins 2 miles = 20 mins 3 miles = 30 mins 4 miles = 40 mins 5 miles = 50 mins But lets say you ran a three miler in 27 minutes as well. Your benchmarks would then become: 1 mile = 9 mins 2 miles = 18 mins 3 miles = 27 mins 4 miles = 40 mins 5 miles = 50 mins In other words, it's your fastest proven time at each distance, up to the maximum distance you've covered. |

They're a measure of when you covered distance x in the fastest time - so if you had a really quick 10k, you may have also covered 6k, 7k, 8k and 9k faster than you'd ever done too. But you might not have done 5k and below faster than you did in a 5k race a few months previous. They're a smaller version of the charts at http://www.fetcheveryone.com/benchmark.php |
