Used that to find it was week beginning 10 July 2017 for me. Second highest was the week after.

I then had a week out with an injury.

I managed to get the training graph to work on a PC but weeks close together don't show well unless you limit the range.

I note the page that Dvorak linked to a has a view as table option which shows every week for every year. In theory that could be dropped into excel.

actually either its gone or I have forgotten where to find it.

I used to refer to it but it went when fetch did a tidy up and imprvement on things. He kindly agreed to keep a link to the page and it was called something like 'Old Training analysis page'

It showed each week in a year and you could view things like distane, pace, type of run etc etc

Interesting page, it reveals a revelation, the longest mile week for me (67.4), preceded my PB at 10k, (and fastest projected WAVA time across all distances). How come I didn't spot it before? Because it is able to measure monday to sunday, rather than sunday to Monday. It was off my highest mileage month toom but before that I didn't really have that many miles.

Yeah but to see my highest mileage week out of some ordinary weeks training, correlating to my best performance. It's worth me throwing in a 70 mile week now to see how it affects performance. I thought gradually build, but no it doesn't really seem to be that.
