GimmeMedals
Have a good lunchtime run, @HappyG(rrr). It’s too hot 🥵 for me to run today so we’re taking Stanley for a walk by the sea and brunch.

Thanks all and well done, lighter, warmer and therefore more sunny vibes are being felt. I am now 13 weeks PO and my foot is healing well and as such I’m now back running. I failed epically at doing strength work when I couldn’t run (why do I self sabotage) but I am on the return journey now. For our April update: April: Autumnleaves - 600 - 205 - 52 - a decent month overall, and just a bit ahead of target ![]() April: EarlyRiser - 250 - 81 - 11 Well that was a month to forget. Mojo missing. (Check that bush along the road past the traffic lights I’m sure its lurking there) April: Evil Pixie - 400 - 173 - 56 best run month EVER! (Smashing the ultra training!) April: geordiegirl - 500 - 121 - 42 building back up post op, 88m walked 21 ran. Now if I can get my act together and do some strength work I’ll be smashing it. April: GimmeMedals - 400 - 123 - 73 Reduced the big gap and now only 10 hours behind. (Your NC500 trip sounded amazing and glad you have many smiley miles and hours to add to your totals!) April: HappyG - 365 - 86 - 27 Still behind but this month was closer! ![]() April: NordRunner - 500 - 138 - 38 - injured for running, but cycling is keeping the time up. (Glad to see you back, hope you’re soon un-injured) April: PeterFay - 600 - 219 - 69 - A lot of fell walking hours earlier in month. (You’re smashing it Peter well done!) April: Riggys99 - 600 - 165 - 50. Best month of the year so far for total time and running miles, still behind on both targets but catching up (great progress) April: Sweetie - 365 - 85 - 22 Still behind but calf is improving so hoping for a better May. (hoping the calf behaves soon) April: tipsku 700 - 241.5 - 59.5 (11:30 hours ahead) (Great progress) April: TheScribbler - 250 - 95 - 26 Building a good base for the summer. Feeling positive ![]() April: Welshpoppy - 350 - 150 - 46 building back up again post achilles (nicely done hope it stays settled) April: westmoors - 365 - 125 - 32 Ticking along (Well done) |
