I was just not prepped before I started today which made it longer winded too (distracted clearing cupboards out)

And my newt from yesterday - the wild garlic in the veg box - has also been a newt today as I used it in my dinner (or tea for those who have dinner at lunchtime ) tonight

The sixth running of Do a New Thing for Spring

Lent has a special and specific meaning to Christians but has become an secular season of denial and hair shirting that serves no positve purpose. No chocolate, no booze, no -er - other stuff.

Why not treat the build up to Easter - as a chance to celebrate and embrace NEW THINGS - that's what spring is about after all.
