Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

And yes, we have fake grass. It is excellent for our zoom PT sessions and never needs cutting. :)

Have just made three jars of pickled red cabbage. New this year although not actually a new thing.

Wild garlic season has started in earnest. Stalks in an omelette here yesterday and the leaves in my accompanying salad. May make ramsons pesto this weekend.

Am going to do a newt hills session this affie.

Started my new training plan written by me on Monday.

Wish we had some fake grass I could use my blocks on. Dodging the fruit trees doesn't work.

CAN'T WAIT to welcome you back into our garden .B. xxx

I found an open gate and a newt little piece of rough trail on the other side. It just led through the field to a closed gate and it was horrible to run on, but I ran on it anyway. Because newt. And possibly a new blue circle or two.

About This Thread

starblackheartstar The sixth running of Do a New Thing for Spring starblackheartstar

Lent has a special and specific meaning to Christians but has become an secular season of denial and hair shirting that serves no positve purpose. No chocolate, no booze, no -er - other stuff.

Why not treat the build up to Easter - as a chance to celebrate and embrace NEW THINGS - that's what spring is about after all.

The first few pages of the thread give more ideas.
