But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. I haven't run since December (concentrating on cycling). Wore it for today's walk and found myself breaking into a little jog occasionally :-o

Perfect sizing of running gear can be tricky. If anyone ordered a male vest in 'small' and has now decided that a 'medium' would be more their thing then I may be of assistance.

I have a 'medium' AVOID vest and in trying it on have discovered that the time-honoured 'small' would have been a better fit for me. Alas, Lord Fetch has no spares in 'small' because he's an expert in producing kit in the right numbers. He's very kindly offered a refund and so if there isn't a swap in the offing, I'll send it back to Fetch Towers - rather than entering the reselling business.

My vest turned up this morning and it's fab. I'll be modelling it later for my blog and shall be running in it tomorrow :-)
