Snoot - I have no real idea what the first pic is, but the middle one is Blencathra of course and the bottom one looks Skiddaw-ish to me :-)

I must apologise, I didn't intend to start a difficult "guess the fell" competition - just a chance to show your latest fave pics. Mine was of Lonscale Fell/Lonscale Pike of course and unless I've got it drastically wrong, Mushroom's was of Black Combe.

There must be a few more nice ones out there to cheers us all up .....

Sorry NE was meaning to be a bit more jokey than challenging. First time I’ve been that way on Skiddaw when it’s totally covered. Moon was disappearing behind Little Man.

Went straight up and down from the Latrigg car park on Saturday and caught the sunrise. Certainly blessed to live here and still able to get out!

Was going to say Black Coombe but had no idea for yours.

Talking of visual phenomena, I saw my first brocken spectre the other day - all these years stomping over fell and dale and I had never seen one until then. I also saw my first fog bow, I thought it was a snow bow to start with but apparently they're quite different.

Fantastic NE. Never seen either but only been up the fells a couple of years.

Saw a post on Instagram from Jacob Tonkin (Keswick AC) who had caught a broken spectre on Saturday coming off Skiddaw towards Bakestall. Quite magical!

I *think* I saw a Brocken spectre while recceing leg three of the BG with Becca, NE c 2012 or 2013 in the Langdales

DT - haven't heard from Becca for many a year, she stopped fell-running I think. Does she still live your way?
