Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

@Rosehip That sounds a contradiction, having a quiet 20 minutes while the menfolk are making a din. ;-)
Hope the rest has energised you. :-)

Glad you enjoyed it Night-owl. Unfortunately because of my many dietary restrictions buying ready made isn't an option. I have had a word with myself though and am about to start cooking.

Bit late but I hope the day has been as happy/peaceful/contented as you'd have wanted.
In other words, Happy Christmas!

Better late than never - hope everyone has had the day they wanted, and maybe Santa has brought you some new running gear .... For what was supposed to be a quiet day, with just a flying visit from my son, it turned into quite a busy one as he also brought his dad along and they stayed for quite a while, drinking bucks fizz and coffee (not at the same time), so my curry prep for tomorrow was rather delayed and I now have to clean up the kitchen, after popping out to feed a friend's cat. No running today, but a lovely 5 mile muddy, hill trail run with running buddies yesterday, so all is well. Happy Christmas all!

Delighted to be joined by many fetchies (in tea towel form) for Christmas dinner 😁

You're all doing an excellent job of keeping the turkey warm while it rests and the veg are finished off.
