Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Purps - the 'not vegan beans' may be old news?

Supposedly fixed last year? (honey removed)

Purps in a pear tree
I was replying to a previous comment as someone had mentioned it, a search did not bring up that, so that's good news :)

Sorry I missed my chance to offer Burps. Often happen at Christmas.

Very good, although that's not restricted to Christmas

But probably exacerbated by the additional rich food and drink associated with Christmas. 💨 🌬

I don't drink, so only extra indulgence in the food department.

The tree is in. it's spent the last week drying out in the garage, I've just sawn 2" off the bottom before dropping it into the stand and filling the reservoir. We'll let the branches drop now it's out of netting and decorate later.

Went for a taller one because it was a nice shape; sometimes they can be too big at the bottom and not a lot on top. Jo chose it, before you say anything about that ;-)
