It's the little X button in the top right corner of the post. Blocking a user is on a per-thread basis, so if someone talks crap here, but talks sense elsewhere, you can pick and choose You can also decide to unblock someone later - you just click the X again and the contents of their posts will reappear. I'll leave it in place through January and February and review it after that. I'm interested to see how many people use it. I understand the importance of well-rounded discussion, and that this sometimes means exposing yourself to views that you might find difficult to comprehend - so I hope that most people will avoid using it. I won't be blocking anyone myself. But I've also seen just how much upset it can cause when the friction becomes too much - so this will hopefully allow those people to enjoy the forum Eynsham Red
