I dare say that it might be cheaper to knock it down and build to your own plans unless you like the current plot design.

Only at my age I'm not sure I'd get it finished in time to enjoy it. Or have anywhere near enough furniture.

We spent many summer holidays in the converted coach house of a very similar property in Barnstaple when the kids were little. Was quite upset at the thought the family were selling up and very glad it wasn’t their home.
