Having decided I could come I now cant :( damn foot! But if its the 9th May I dont see any reason why I cant make that - unless me & my mate decide to do the Blackpool 10k that weekend.

Have fun and have a piece of carrot cake for me :)

I'm hoping I will be recovered by the weekend. EVen running London is ina bit of doubt at teh moment!

Not good DD - really hope the legs are ok!

Is anyone else planning to be there on Saturday? Or will I be a lone Rendezvous Runner?! Worth reschduling the run until later in the month?

Would love to have been down for a run along the sea front and a hot choc at the Rendezvous cafe

oh DD that's not good, you need to be fit for London so get well soon and keep off your legs.

had physio session on my foot today, asked how long before i'll be ok to run again she said the next 7 days will give a better indication on how its going to heal but could be 4-6 weeks - drastic :( so needless to say I'm behaving myself for the first time in my life ;)

If it is later in month I'll do my best to make it if not hopefully I'll make the 9th May (?)
