Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

This, my dearest, is an extra :-)

I would say love was closer to 10 than 10.30... if not earlier. :-)

What time would you be kicking off at? 8 would be a stretch for me but done slowly would certainly do me good I think but I can't get in to Newcastle until 9 at the earliest (on the 6:30am train!) or 10am.

Can't do Saturday Lisrun as I have children but will be at a loose end on Monday so thought it might be a nice way to test the knee on a slightly longer run. Also been offered tickets to the rugby in Edinburgh on Sunday though and now quite torn as to what to do!
