Got a MEGA weekend planned, its starts with having today off work, a sausage cob and big cup of fresh coffe.
Then its off to Cardiff to see the outlaws.
Saturday morning = Watching the Wales v France at the millenium stadium. (They have opened it up to screen the game on a BIG screen)
Sunday morning = Cardiff half marathon! The best place for a Sunday morning run.
Looking forward to it.

Parkrun tomorrow morning, marshaling at the Tour de Gogs in the afternoon then an easy 13 miles on Sunday. Lots of nice food along the way.

parkrun tourist @ falkirk this weekend, running it with my 10year old,
then Montrose vs Queens Park (not rangers),
and maybe swimmering on sunday with daughter and a bimble before tea with mum's jack russell!
The joys of doing my long run thru the week, means i dont have to find a 2 hour window to run on the weekend...!!

Marshalling at parkrun in the morning then taking aged parents to Cirencester for lunch and a bit of shopping. Taxiing teenagers home from Rihanna concert on Saturday night - ugh. Off to Silverstone on Sunday - we've been given corporate hospitality tickets for the British Touring Car Championships - not exactly my cup of tea but Mr Woo will love it. At some point, I'd like to run too!

If I can shake off my back-ache: 14 mile cicuit tomorrow from home > Parkrun > BMF > home followed by typical weekend domestic chores then my cousin's wife's 40-th birthday bash. New Ware 10 on Sunday, followed by tinkering with my bike for a track-day next weekend, followed by Spurs v Noocassell on the telly, then maybe do some work if I can b.a.
If I can't shake off my back-ache: All of the above, except the running.
