Since the Fetch demesne is now [nearly now] beholden to nobody "Lord" does seem inappropriate - just aiming too low as a title. Majesty? Highness? Kingpinrunnerwebguy? None of those seem right, perhaps if in charge of his own destiny the exalted one chooses to be called Ian we should humour him?
