Uh... Oh... What a blast from the past! I have been absent since 2009 ish when I had to stop running, now I am back... Not sure for how long, as my injuries are permanent so building up dead slow to not very much but at least I am getting out... Re McNewbie I was in touch with her shortly before she left social media and it was entirely voluntary... I also left social media, for my own reasons, and although it may seem strange to most, that is actually a positive, good thing, not a bad one! I do know why some of you may be worried about her though... But I don't think that is needed or constructive xx |

Not very recently but live in the same area and they did come and support at a local race maybe a couple of years ago, remember talking to Mick in the car park. Seemed well. |

Yes tough times. ๐ If all goes well with lockdown easing Iโll be doing a few local races in April and May, hoping I might see them somewhere along the route. |
