I've only seen it very, very sporadically apart from one morning when it came up almost every time (but not actually every time) while looking through some races, perhaps a month ago.

I looked at the source to see what was going on, and picked out the webservice call you're doing. http://www.fetcheveryone.com/races-ws-info.php?id=72097 always comes back with Server Error for me. (Just about to hit submit, and it's all started working again!)
