Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Is there a consensus on which parkrun we’re Fetch mobbing in the morning ? Springburn is the closest so are we going there ?

I think we're deciding between Ruchill and Springburn.

Of all the parkruns I've done in Glasgow, Ruchill is the only one.

It is nice, undulating, whale shaped, and the short trek to the golf club for coffee is well worth it.

I may have missed it on the email but is there a meet somewhere in between parkrun and the mile. I know DQ, I_W and myself don't arrive in Glasgow till near 11.00?

If we're parkrunning at Ruchill at 9am, my guess is that we'll go somewhere nearby (Mark suggests the golf club) for coffee and hopefully cake. Katie and I will be heading back to our hotel in Glasgow centre after an hour or so, and so we might miss you at 11 LG (although it's possible that other Fetchies will still be hanging round). We'll be aiming to get to the stadium for somewhere between 1 and 2, depending on how we manage to get there :-)

Afterwards, I guess we'll find somewhere for a pint and a pie, but I reckon we can sort that out during the mile :-)

RUCHILL parkrun for those that can make it along

then post parkrun coffee/lunch somewhere.

Hunterhill sports Hub 2-4pm for the mile and any kids races etc.

Refreshments of some kind afterwards?
