Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,

i've got an OMM one too. it is good for not getting too sweaty in it but it's not completely waterproof. it is non-rustley tho. and one day i will get the troos to match :)

oh has the gore windstopper one. he seems to wear it in just about any weather. it's not waterproof but it's breathable so it seems to work to keep him warm. i'm not really sure how. he loves it.

Ditto Aldi....I had one of theirs for a couple of years and it was excellent value for money.

TK Maxx usually has a good slection of jackets at very good prices. Start with the clearance rial. i don't think many runners shop there.

You only need a jacket some of the time but when you do it is worth it's weight in gold. I love Montane's light weight jackets. I've had three over the years. They pack down to almost nothing and there is one for every type of weather.

I heard that Aldi zips can be a bit suspect?

My old Ronhill jacket has lost its waterproofiness. Thinking about getting some of that tumble dry waterproofy stuff. Does that work? Where can I get some?
